cynthiacbell:

I, smartly, took off work today.
I did 30 minutes of a beginner vinyasa yoga video as soon as I woke up. I would really like to start doing yoga with some consistency.
Breakfast consisted of: • 3 eggs • 2 pieces of bacon • 1/2 an avocado • salad with 1/2 a nectarine & Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch dressing •iced coffee
To quote Marissa, “I’d wife me.”

Whole30® Sriracha

nomnompaleo:

I’ve gotten tons of positive feedback about the Paleo Sriracha recipe I posted back in December (thank you!), and I love hearing that many of you have whipped up batches of the stuff to serve with…well, everything. After my recipe was picked up by websites like BuzzFeed and Grist, even non-Paleo eaters have been making their own junk-free versions of the famous Rooster Sauce. Yay!

BUT…what if you’re a sriracha lover who’s doing a Whole30®, and can’t have honey for a month? It’s your lucky day, ‘cause I have a solution:

Whole30® Sriracha by Michelle Tam http://nomnompaleo.com

Just like the original recipe, this’ll take just 20 minutes, and yield 2¼ cups of what Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal calls “a delicious blessing flavored with the incandescent glow of a thousand dying suns.”

Ready for the recipe?

Dairy-free ice cream dessert!
Nothing special, just my new favorite thing to eat. :]
i use mint carob chunk Rice Dream and the 85% cocoa Lindt chocolate bar.
Just melt two chocolate chunks [it’s easiest to do in the microwave for about 45 seconds on high] and pour over rice dream. It hardens into a shell very quickly. Split a banana and you’re good to go.
i like it with raspberries on top as well.
Freakin. Awesome.

Paleo burger and fries dinner!

Made with 85% lean ground beef, cooked in McCormick Montreal steal seasoning, topped with:
- Lisanatti foods mozzarella style almond cheese [optional: contains sodium]
- Roma tomato slices
- avocado slices
- sweet red onions and mushrooms sautéed in olive oil
- ground black peppercorn
and wrapped in Romaine lettuce.

All organic ingredients, of course.

Also with crinkle cut, unsalted potatoes with Live Well Eat Well Tuscan white bean hummus for dip.

So good! :D Best burger i have ever had. Seriously. Don’t miss out.

i mean…look at it.
